This event presents a technological solution for a modern water measurement system on the IoT platform, achieved through the enhancement of existing mechanical water meters. The proposed solution enables these water meters to interact and communicate with the IoT platform and modern data transmission infrastructure, facilitating two-way communication between end-users and water supply companies.
To support the integration of technology into business operations, the Ho Chi Minh City Center for Statistic Science & Technology Information (CESTI) is organizing the "Technology Cooperation" event. This event aims to introduce technological solutions from research institutes, universities, and technology companies to various entities in Ho Chi Minh City and across the country. The event seeks to explore opportunities for research collaboration, investment, and technology transfer.
Based on a survey of business needs, CESTI, in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), will organize the "Technology Cooperation" event with the theme "Smart Water Metering System." The event focuses on enhancing the technology of existing mechanical water meters to enable interaction and communication with the IoT system and modern data transmission infrastructure. It involves collecting water consumption data from smart meters with adjustable frequency to optimize observation capabilities and energy conservation. Data preprocessing, coding, and aggregation will be performed to transmit the data to the Cloud, where additional analysis will provide valuable insights to both users and water supply companies.
