Biotehnology in high-tech agriculture and food processing Techmart 2023 will focus on introducing 50 direct exhibition booths, showcasing processes, technologies, and equipment applied in biotechnology to serve the fields of Food Processing: starch processing technology, production technology for various fermented beverages, protein-containing food, flavor enhancement technology, and the processing of fruits and vegetables. In addition, there will be a focus on High-tech Agriculture with processes such as crop breeding, improved plant varieties, new farming techniques, cross-pollination techniques, and the creation of products to help crops and livestock prevent diseases.
• Consultant: 08 experts will provide free consultation on technology and equipment, as well as technical and related issues in the field of High-tech Food Processing and Agriculture. These experts are from institutions such as the University of Technology, the University of Natural Sciences, the Institute of Tropical Biology, and the Center for Research and Development of High-tech Agriculture.
• Technology Seminars: Twelve biotechnology topics will be introduced, including cold concentration technology to preserve flavoring and healthful ingredients in wine production, lactic fermentation of fruit juice and natural preservation, BMB sterilization and disinfection system applied in the production of canned goods, fruit juice, and pharmaceuticals, and Lactobacillus fermentation technology to produce yogurt from rice.
