  • In order to prevent HPS, LED and HID supplemental lighting being emitted into the surrounding area, it is important to use a blackout screen that reduces light pollution as much as possible. The screen must also be able to withstand high temperature and humidity levels in the greenhouse.
     
    Ridder Light Restriction Screens provide a high degree of light exclusion but, at the same time, still allow sufficient heat through. The screen is made from a smart new material that ensures that excess moisture is transported away. As a result, the crop benefits from the best possible climate inside the greenhouse, and the grower complies with the strict regulations that apply to the use of supplementary lighting.
     
    Our lightrestriction screens have a smart design, thanks to the weave of the fabrics used. This not only reduces light emissions into the surrounding environment, but also gives you greater control over the climate in your greenhouse.
