Operating principle: This device operates based on the combination of GSM and GPS. Each vehicle is equipped with a GPS tracking unit that can intercept the GPS signal sent from the satellite. The received data which contains location of the vehicle will then be transmitted continually to the server through the GMS/GPRS transmission line every (customizable) 5 or 10 seconds.
