Most laboratories are using bulk tips, then manually pack the tips into
tip boxes. It’s time-consuming and laborious. The average speed of
loading a box of pipette tips manually is about 3 minutes. After 20
boxes, the workers are exhausted. Generally, it is difficult to pack 50
boxes by human. Therefore, the automatic pipette tip-packing machine
can solve the dilemma, greatly improving laboratory efficiency and
saving costs.
Steps
1. Put the empty tip box on the cage station;
2. Pour the tip into the machine through the openning on the top;
3. Press the “Start” button, the machine will automatically stop and beep when it is finished.
