• Mixture of the rice, grits, bran and dust come into a feed hopper, and then go into a vibrator. The mixture is spread and leveled to an even layer flow by the vibrator before falling down evenly into a chute. After flowing out of the chute, cameras scan the mixture to analyze the quality of rice. An ejector placed close to the camera will blow away the poor quality rice into a corresponding receiver.
