    • Pipeline metal detection systems are ideal for pumped and vacuum-packed pipeline applications, including sausage meat and other high viscosity food products. The Pipeline metal detectors offer a choice of finishes and sealing standards up to IP69K to enable high-temperature and high-pressure wash-down to take place to meet exacting hygiene standards, particularly for the food processing industry.
    • Safeline metal detectors use sophisticated technology to provide advanced metal detection solutions, capable of detecting all metal types including ferrous, non-ferrous (including aluminium and brass), and difficult to detect stainless steel, and eliminating contaminated product from the process flow. Our Profile Advantage Pipeline metal detector uses Multi Simultaneous Frequency and Product Signal Suppression technology to detect smaller metal contaminants in the most challenging applications.

    • Heavy duty, stainless steel pneumatic reject valves with quick release couplings automatically remove metal contaminated product from the process flow. The use of Safeline's ZMFZ (Zero Metal Free Zone) technology allows the metal fittings of the throughput pipe and other process equipment to be positioned closer to the detection head without affecting the detector performance. This facilitates a short throughput pipe for maximised product quality in restricted installation spaces.
