The energy-efficient class II safety workbenches protect people and the surrounding area from harmful emissions and protect products from contamination. They offer TÜV-tested and certified safety according to DIN EN 12469 and meet the requirements of clean room class 5 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 or class A according to EU-GMP guidelines in the work area. In addition, they meet safety levels S1 and S2 and/or Biosafety Level (BSL) 1 and 2.
Intelligent air flow with increased safety
The air is cleaned by HEPA-H14 filters and flows through the working area from top to bottom without particles and low turbulence. Additional protection is provided by the increased incoming flow velocity, which is 20% higher than the value of 0.4 m/s required by the standard. In addition, the contamination areas are flushed with negative pressure so that no particles escape from the work area. The air quality in the work area meets the requirements of air quality class A according to EU-GMP Annex 1 (aseptic conditions). The workbench has various alarm functions and can be adapted to special requirements.
