ANA-7 is a zero air unit utilizing a mixed flow method and GPT(Gas Phase Titration) designed to provide the desired concentration of standard gas by blending pure gas components and dilution gas with different flow rates.
The installed O3 photocell feeds back O3 concentration and calibrates the O3 analyzer to be accurate and reproducible.
