The HVS UV Cure system uses one controller to control the multi-channel cure system. You can use single lens and 4 beam lens for 4 channels respectively, and you can operate up to 16 lenses at the same time. The number of channels can also expand to 16, 256, or 1024 depending on your needs.
Moreover, if the lens made with HVS’ technologies needs to be adhered to the periphery except the center like the lens of the camera module, it can be done accurately by using the UV beam without damage to the core part.
