Grinding occurs through high-energy impacts and friction between grinding balls and bowl walls. The grinding bowl rotates on its axis while the main disk spins in the opposite direction, causing centrifugal forces that propel balls and material at high speed, enhancing comminution. With a powerful 2.2 kW motor, centrifugal acceleration reaches up to 64 g, and bowl speeds up to 1,600 rpm enable efficient nano-scale grinding.
