1. The worktable, sliding block, spindle box and other moving parts of the gantry machining center GL18 series adopt Germany's advanced new steel plate welding technology, with high rigidity. At the same time, this technology reduces the weight of moving parts, reduces the motion inertia potential energy, and improves the response speed and motion accuracy of the machine tool.
2. The three coordinate moving parts are supported by the heavy load roller linear guide rail, and the roller retainer ring is used to prevent deviation, which can achieve balanced and stable movement and ensure the accuracy and stability of the machine tool in long-term operation.
3. The spindle box adopts a large section slider structure, supported by a heavy load roller linear guide rail, which has strong resistance to the spindle crosscutting, and can realize strong cutting of Z-axis full stroke.
