OROTIG offers a new LASER-Marker with a "Fiber LASER-Source" at 10 and 20 Watts.
The "Open" structure, designed to ensure operators an easy access to the marking area, thus allowing an easiest manipulation of pieces, makes this LASER-marker the perfect tool for those requiring a small machine with great versatility.
The technical features of this LASER-marker allow operators to work with large loads of pieces and improve significantly the speed of working procedures.
The LASER-marker Open by OROTIG is ideal for marking texts, designs, graphic patterns and photo engravings as well, thanks to the transmission of the LASER-beam through the fiber, and to the accurate focusing on the targeted object. A Beam Mode with a M2 factor lower than 1.8 is provided, allowing LASER-markings to be performed with margins extremely accurate in definition , and LASER-cuttings very precise up to a thickness of 0.8mm.
This LASER-marker could also be fitted with a rotary axis device, to facilitate LASER-marking of curved surfaces, such as the inside or outside of rings or bracelets.

  • Rotary Axis Digitally Controlled

    All the OROTIG's Writers can be provided with a rotary device with automatic movement, controlled by software. A tool necessary for LASER-marking rings, bracelets and all round or curved objects. With its 1/500 scale precision, this device guarantees the perfect positioning of markings, even on particularly curved surfaces.

    Supports for Rings and Bracelets

    Especially designed to be firmly applied to the rotary axis device, these three-pin chucks are perfect for LASER-marking the inner or the outern side of rings, bracelets and items with a round shape. A special handling support on one of the pins of those chicks can be adapted to have micro-marked by LASER large rings as well as rings exposing very large gems and stones.

    Automatic Feeder for Plate Cutting

    The automatic feeder for metal plates provided by OROTIG makes it possible to mark and cut objects from a metal sheet, without the need of single manual positioning at each task. Fitted with pneumatic electro-valves and electronic movement controls via a console, it is able to re-position the metal sheet any time in need of without the presence of a standing-by operator.

    Software for LASER-Marking

    Simple and intuitive, the software is able to import and export DXF, PLT, JPEG, BMP files and, thanks to an additional, optionally provided, extension, files from other more common CAM software. The software, translated into more than 50 languages, is an easy and immediate tool for the management of functions.
