The seminar "Nitrile Gloves Production Line" is an event organized by Center for Statistics and Science & Technology Information (CESTI), Ho Chi Minh City Mechanical and Electrical Enterprise Association (HAMEE) and Mahima Glove Joint Stock Company this March.
Nitrile gloves (synthetic rubber) and Latex gloves (natural rubber) are both thin, light, tough medical gloves that hug and protect hands, avoid direct contact with pathogens, protect people. The products have good water resistance and oil resistance, so they are widely used in all industries requiring high hygiene such as testing, dentistry and health care, food processing… Nitrile gloves production line is operated fully automatically from mold washing, dipping solidification, dipping rubber latex to drying and setting, drying. The drying system is designed according to the technology of supplying heat from a heat transfer oil furnace to save raw materials and production costs. Applying advanced processing technology and PLC control system, the line is designed and manufactured by Mahima Glove Joint Stock Company entirely in Vietnam and is ready for technology transfer.
