The 2 stage Chemical system collects odors generated by the sewage treatment plant and removes the odor and VOCs by chemical reactions using second-stage cleaning fluids (NaoH,H2SO4, etc.).
Double-stage Chemical Deodorizer:
Double-stage chemical deodorizer is composed of one wash tower divided by two stages that uses different types of chemical liquids; so it reduces the installation area while enhancing the deodorization efficiency.
- 1st stage acidic odor removal : It sprays a chemical liquid onto odors in order to remove acidic odor(ex.H2S).
- 2nd stage alkali odor removal : upon inflowing of the odor of which the acidic odor has been removed, it sprays an other chemical liquid to remove alkali odor.
- Porous panel : A porous reaction panel is a panel with numerous pores so it pneumatizes a odor gas without leaking a chemical liquid. With pneumatization of a odor gas, the surface area of odor gas contacts with chemical liquid expands, in turn raising its removal efficiency.
Yusung Twins:
Yusung twins has two medicinal wash towers that each sprays different medicinal liquid so it is highly suitable for a highly-concentrated foul smell. Especially, since it is equipped with a device for removal of a salt, generated from the use of a medicinal liquid, its foul smell removal efficiency does not degrade over time.
- 1st washtower–removal of primary odors : By analyzing components of odors, we choose a proper chemical liquid to remove them.
- 2nd washtower–removal of remaining foul odors and disinfection : It sprays CLO2 to remove any remaining unpleasant odors and disinfect.
